The Nitrokey Passkey is the entry tier of the current Nitrokey line. It is a USB-A only FIDO2 and U2F key, focused on holding passkeys (discoverable credentials) and acting as a phishing resistant second factor. There is no NFC, no PIV, no OpenPGP, and no OATH.

The Passkey replaced the older Nitrokey FIDO2 in 2024. If you need any of the protocols above, you want the Nitrokey 3 instead.
