The Hideez Key 4 is unusual in this catalog. It is FIDO2 and U2F certified, but it is also a Bluetooth Low Energy proximity device, an RFID badge for physical access, and a password vault. Hideez markets the Key 4 mostly to enterprise workforce identity buyers, but it is sold standalone for around sixty five to seventy United States dollars.

The connectivity is unusual: a micro USB connector for charging and FIDO2 over USB, NFC for tap to authenticate, and Bluetooth Low Energy for desktop proximity. The internal LIR2032 cell is rechargeable.

This is a useful key for users who already operate inside an enterprise workforce identity stack, or for individuals who want one device that covers FIDO and physical badge access. For pure FIDO2 use, simpler keys are easier to recommend.
