The Feitian iePass K44 is the closest competitor to the Yubikey 5Ci. It pairs a USB-C connector with an Apple Lightning connector and is MFi certified, so it works directly with iPhones that still use Lightning. The secure element is a Common Criteria EAL6+ rated chip.
The K44 supports FIDO2, U2F, PIV smart card, and OpenPGP. As with the Yubikey 5Ci, the Lightning side of this product is on a slow path to legacy as iPhone 15 and later models switched to USB-C.
